We’re seeking a Field Marketing Manager to own and execute field and partner marketing programs that drive pipeline, accelerate deals, and strengthen Symbal’s position as the category leader in AI Recruiting.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in Field Marketing, Event Marketing, or Partner Marketing at a B2B SaaS company, ideally serving enterprise HR or staffing/recruiting audiences.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute high-impact events that drive measurable pipeline.
  • Experience supporting ABM and enterprise sales cycles in collaboration with Sales teams.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • A data-driven mindset — able to track, analyze, and optimize campaigns for ROI.
  • Passion for AI, HR Tech, and the future of work , with a desire to innovate field marketing in a rapidly growing category.

Responsibilities

  • Own the planning and execution of field marketing programs , including regional events, roundtables, dinners, trade shows, and webinars targeted at CHROs, Talent Acquisition leaders, and staffing executives.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to align campaigns with priority accounts and drive ABM-style engagement.
  • Manage event logistics end-to-end — venue selection, vendor coordination, attendee outreach, on-site experience, and follow-up.
  • Develop co-marketing programs with strategic partners, including RPOs, staffing firms, and technology alliances.
  • Create and localize marketing collateral (presentations, one-pagers, case studies) to support field initiatives.
  • Track and report on KPIs — pipeline sourced, pipeline influenced, attendee engagement, and ROI per event or campaign.
  • Manage budgets for regional events and ensure efficient spend tied to measurable outcomes.
  • Serve as the on-the-ground ambassador for Symbal at key events, building relationships with prospects, customers, and partners.
  • Gather feedback from events and campaigns to continuously improve execution and inform broader marketing strategy.
