About The Position

Way Security is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to drive pipeline generation through strategic event execution. This role involves managing a significant budget and making a young brand highly visible in a competitive market. The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of the field calendar, including major conferences, private dinner roadshows, community events, and partner co-events. The goal is to create impactful activations that generate meetings, SQLs, and opportunities. The role requires close collaboration with various internal teams and external vendors, with a focus on generating meaningful conversations and gathering market intelligence from event attendees.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of field or event marketing experience in B2B tech.
  • Experience in cybersecurity is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the cyber events circuit and associated costs.
  • Proven ability to make a small brand look bigger than its booth and explain how.
  • Experience owning events end-to-end, including post-event follow-up and recap writing.
  • Proactive in identifying and addressing issues.
  • Detail-oriented, especially under pressure, managing multiple logistical elements simultaneously.
  • Visibly active on LinkedIn, with a history of using personal posts to drive event attendance.
  • Comfortable working with an Israel-based team, with overlapping work hours.
  • Willingness to be on-site at medium and large events, with approximately 30% travel during peak seasons.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools for lists, personalization, and follow-up in daily workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Own the field calendar end to end, including tier-1 conferences, private-dinner roadshows, cocktails and community formats, and partner co-events.
  • Set event goals such as meetings booked and attended, SQLs, and opportunities.
  • Create impactful event activations that make Way impossible to miss and generate buzz.
  • Run medium and large events on-site, managing target lists, invite flows, logistics, booths, budgets, on-site execution, and executive prep.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations on the event floor, gathering insights from buyers to inform future messaging.
  • Run the private-dinner program, owning the brief, target list, goal, and recap, while working with specialist vendors.
  • Manage and negotiate with vendors and agencies, treating the budget as if it were personal.
  • Collaborate directly with founders, sales, BDRs, product marketing, GTM engineers, and vendors.
  • Handle tasks independently and know when to involve the team.
