Drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and profitable sales growth through high impact localized marketing initiatives that align with our Blueprint for Growth. Plays a key strategic role in increasing brand adoption and growing market share by developing and executing targeted strategic campaigns, branch-level activations, supplier training, community outreach, and trade show and conference participation, while ensuring a seamless and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.
