Your role The marketing team at Maxima is in search of a field and events marketing manager who is data-driven, highly organized, and experienced in managing in-person and virtual events for enterprise B2B audiences. The ideal candidate thrives in a startup environment where curiosity and creativity fuel ambition through bold, high-impact programs. This role focuses on bringing the Maxima brand to life through in-person events, webinars, conferences, and field programs that support sales and reinforce our thought leadership. Unlike at a large tech company, this role comes with meaningful ownership and visibility. You will directly engage with CFOs, controllers, and accounting leaders, participate in C-suite interviews, and help shape how Maxima shows up in high-stakes environments.
