About the role: We’re looking for a hands-on Field Marketing Manager to own the planning and execution of Datagrid’s in-person events and field programs. This is an execution-focused role for someone who loves running great events, staying organized, and delivering high-quality experiences across multiple cities.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or event planning
  • Experience planning and executing in-person events (50–100+ attendees)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Clear, professional communication skills
  • Comfortable owning events independently with minimal hand-holding

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute 60–80 person in-person events across major cities (SF, Austin, NYC, Chicago, etc.)
  • Run Agentic-thons / hackathon-style events, including logistics, agendas, and on-site execution
  • Fully own events end-to-end: venue sourcing, vendors, catering, AV, registration, and day-of coordination
  • Support Datagrid’s presence at select industry conferences
  • Handle logistics such as booth coordination, materials, staffing schedules, and event checklists
  • Create repeatable conference and event checklists to improve efficiency over time
  • Coordinate post-event follow-ups with sales and internal teams
  • Capture post-event feedback and learnings to improve future programs
  • Maintain organized documentation, timelines, and event playbooks
