As our Field Marketing Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our Fargo–Moorhead market, building a business within the business and shaping how homeowners experience Window World in the community. About Window World of Fargo Window World of Fargo is a locally owned franchise specializing in exterior home remodeling, including windows, doors, siding, and roofing. Our success is built on strong relationships, precision in our work, and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for homeowners. As we continue to expand our marketing presence in the Fargo–Moorhead region, we’re looking for a leader who can balance operational excellence with a people-first leadership style. You’ll take full ownership of Window World’s local event and field marketing program — from planning to execution — ensuring every home show, festival, and community event builds brand presence and drives measurable results.

Requirements

  • Driver's License and Vehicle (Required)
  • Ability to Commute: Fargo, ND (Required)
  • Must be able to work every weekend to attend events and shows with your team

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and evaluate home shows, street fairs, and regional events within an 80-mile radius of Fargo, ND
  • Must be able to work every weekend to attend events and shows with your team
  • Own the budget for your market: plan, allocate, and optimize spending for maximum ROI
  • Recruit, train, and lead an energetic event team of appointment setters and brand representatives
  • Build a business within the business — manage your territory as if it’s your own franchise unit with clear growth targets
  • Track and analyze KPIs weekly, including lead volume, cost per lead, and appointment conversion
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales leadership to hit (or exceed) market-level goals
  • Drive culture and accountability through positivity, humor, and authentic leadership
