We're looking for a Field Marketing Manager to support Buildots’ commercial motion in North America, and in particular - the General Contractors sector. This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on event strategy, execution and community-building. As part of your role, you will collaborate with the global marketing team and the sales function in your region to plan, and execute targeted marketing initiatives to ensure revenue goals are met. Requirements

  • The right candidate must be structured, well-organized and very thorough. Communication skills and attention to detail will set apart the best among the candidates.
  • 3+ years of Field marketing and event management experience a global B2B environment
  • Experience building and nurturing local communities that drive thought leadership
  • Experience producing large scale summits and executive curated hospitality events.
  • Ability to work independently against tight deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment while keeping a sharp eye on detail and accuracy and following through processes rigorously
  • Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, independent and think through problems to come up with innovative solutions
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally and developing curated events for such audiences
  • Experience successfully interfacing with external vendors and external marketing agencies
  • Passion for tech and a geeky mindset
  • Experience in B2B Saas, construction tech, construction or the built environment - an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Plan, initiate and execute field marketing and local community activities in North America
  • Plan and produce in-person events – including tradeshows, meetups and professional gatherings
  • Own our NA flagship hosted client summit and co-produce it.
  • Build and grow a local community of construction operations leaders (online and offline)
  • Localize and adapt global initiatives, ensuring they resonate with North American audiences
  • Establish and develop partnerships within the ecosystem for co-marketing activities.
  • Work on multiple, simultaneous marketing programs that require both strategic thinking as well as high-speed tactical execution;
  • Track success and commercial impact of field marketing activities and ensure ROI is maximized for each one of them.
  • Support ABM initiatives by planning and executing account-specific events, including customer meetings, internal enablement sessions, and regional client activations
