About The Position

Commerce is evolving rapidly, and at Criteo, our marketing team plays a critical role in shaping how brands, retailers, and partners connect in this dynamic landscape. The Field Marketing Team is seeking an enthusiastic Intern to support regional marketing strategy and execution, spanning integrated campaigns, account-based marketing (ABM) programs, and high-impact industry events. The internship offers meaningful exposure to end-to-end marketing initiatives, with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes and supporting revenue growth across our commercial organization. Based in Boston or the Greater New York Area, you will report to the Senior Director, Global Experiential and Field Marketing but work very closely with the wider Americas Field Marketing team. You will help bring marketing strategies to life by supporting multi-channel campaign execution (email, paid media, social, and webinars), contributing to new business and client engagement initiatives, and assisting in the planning of both virtual and in-person events. Additionally, you will gain experience in marketing operations, performance tracking, and strategic research, developing a well-rounded foundation in B2B marketing within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Strong computer skills navigating Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written form
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive & Collaborative, ability to work effectively across functionally
  • You have an interest in Ad-Tech and are excited to get into the tech space
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and quantitative approach

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including email, social, paid media, and webinars. Track performance metrics and report on results.
  • Contribute to new business acquisition programs and ABM initiatives, including customer loyalty and outreach programs.
  • Help plan and execute live and virtual events by managing logistics, vendor coordination, promotion, registration, communications, and post-event reporting.
  • Conduct industry and competitive research to develop sales enablement materials and trend reports for marketing planning.
  • Assist with Salesforce campaign management, budget tracking, and organization of collateral and enablement tools.
  • Partner with sales, account strategy, and global marketing teams to deliver impactful client experiences.
