Head of Field Marketing (Americas)

iManageChicago, IL
$180,000 - $210,000Remote

About The Position

This is a remote role within a global team that utilizes cutting-edge technology to stay connected with colleagues worldwide. Occasional travel to a local office may be required for in-person collaboration with your team, as well as for company events, team building activities, or strategic meetings. Being a Head of Field Marketing (Americas) at iManage Means… You will own and elevate field marketing across our Americas markets — North America and Latin America — while leading and developing a high-performing regional team. You will be a strategic partner to our regional sales leadership and a cross-functional connector across marketing, partners, and the business. You'll be accountable for building and executing programs that generate pipeline, accelerate revenue, and deepen customer relationships at scale. As a regional leader, you will establish the field marketing operational foundation — strategic plans, scalable processes, playbooks and reporting — while building team capability and bringing a strategic mindset that shifts the conversation with sales from tactical execution to solving the right business problems.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience with a strong background in field marketing, ABM, partner/channel marketing, and event management
  • Proven track record of delivering and accelerating pipeline through regional marketing
  • Experience building and executing geo-specific marketing plans in partnership with sales teams, leadership, and third parties
  • Experience managing and influencing a marketing budget that delivers impact and ROI
  • Demonstrated ability to build scalable operational frameworks, including strategic marketing plans, processes and playbooks that drive consistency and efficiency across global teams
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to engage sales leadership at a business level — translating business challenges into marketing strategies rather than leading with tactics
  • Proven ability to build and leverage data-driven reporting frameworks that inform decision making, track performance, and communicate marketing's contribution to the business
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs and priorities across regions simultaneously
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM tools, and reporting platforms
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills with the ability to influence sales and partner leaders
  • Collaborative, data-driven, and strategic mindset with a strong analytical approach to measuring and optimizing programs
