About The Position

Eat’n Park Hospitality Group is seeking a Field Marketing and Engagement Coordinator to join its Parkhurst Dining team. The role supports marketing, engagement, communications, and growth through interactive events, social media, marketing collateral, campus partnerships, and annual business and marketing planning. The coordinator works with the management team and campus organizations to create engaging experiences and strengthen communication and partnership opportunities.

Requirements

• At least one year of marketing experience or internship experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Skill in creating, posting, sharing, and managing social media content to boost brand presence and engagement.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with urgency and responsiveness to requests.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Sales, or Business Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ideate, plan, and execute interactive engagement events, including Pop Ups, holiday celebrations, theme meals, and vendor spotlights.
• Manage and monitor social media channels, creating compelling, informative, inclusive, and entertaining content.
• Create physical and digital marketing collateral and communication pieces that follow brand standards.
• Manage corporate graphic design requests.
• Develop relationships with campus organizations and departments for collaborative events, communication partnerships, and focus groups.
• Partner with the management team to draft and execute an annual Business & Marketing Plan addressing operational, partnership, and revenue growth opportunities.
