About The Position

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking hardworking, reliable individuals to join their traveling crew as Field Installers for Tents & Structures. This entry-level position involves the timely installation, takedown, and repair of fabric structures and related equipment. The role requires significant physical work, strength, stamina, and the ability to work outdoors. Field Installers will also be responsible for loading and unloading equipment supply trucks and transforming empty lots into functional venues based on CAD diagrams. The position reports to a Field Supervisor.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Must be able to pass a drug test, background check, and Motor Vehicle Check.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds working outdoors.
• Must be willing to travel for work (80% travel required, 2-3 weeks on a job site followed by 1 week off).
• Must have basic Hand and Power Tool experience.
• Must be able to bend, squat, crouch, reach and lift 50 plus pounds.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic mathematic skills.

Responsibilities

• Timely installation of tents and related equipment.
• Safe use of tents and related equipment.
• Installation, takedown, and repairs of fabric structures.
• Loading and unloading of equipment supply trucks.
• Assemble and maintain fabric structures, hard-side walls, and custom framework.
• Get certified to operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and man-baskets.
• Work closely with a Field Supervisor to transform empty lots into functional venues based on CAD diagrams.
