About The Position

Southern National Roofing is hiring a full-time Field Inspector / Appointment Setter for a door-to-door, field-based role in residential neighborhoods. The role involves identifying homes that may qualify for a free roof inspection, speaking with homeowners, conducting basic visual inspections from the ground, explaining the service, and scheduling appointments for the in-home inspection team. The position does not involve selling or climbing roofs. It is an active, outdoor role with paid training and opportunities for advancement based on performance.

This is a full-time W-2 position with hourly pay, commission, and performance bonuses, paid weekly. The posting states that many first-year team members earn $40,000–$70,000+, with earnings varying based on performance and consistency. The on-site schedule requires availability Monday through Saturday between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m., with 40 hours worked within that schedule. No overnight travel is required, and team transportation is provided from the office. Applicants need a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle to get to and from the office.

Responsibilities
