About The Position

Southern National Roofing is hiring a full-time W-2 Field Inspector to work in residential neighborhoods identifying homes that may qualify for a free roof inspection and scheduling appointments with homeowners. The position is field-based and face-to-face. Inspectors perform basic visual inspections from the ground, explain the free inspection service, and arrange appointments for the in-home inspection team. The role does not involve selling or climbing roofs.

The position includes paid training and offers hourly pay plus commission and performance bonuses, with weekly pay. The posting states that many first-year team members earn $40,000–$70,000 or more, depending on performance and consistency. The schedule requires availability Monday through Saturday between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m., and the ability to work 40 hours within that window. Responsibilities
