About The Position

Southern National Roofing is hiring a full-time W-2 Field Inspector for a face-to-face, field-based role in residential neighborhoods. The inspector identifies homes that may qualify for a free roof inspection, speaks with homeowners, performs basic visual inspections from the ground, explains the service, and schedules appointments for the in-home inspection team. The role does not involve selling or climbing roofs. Paid training is provided, and compensation includes hourly pay, commission, and performance bonuses.
