About The Position

Southern National Roofing is hiring a full-time W-2 Field Inspector for a face-to-face, field-based role in residential neighborhoods. The position involves identifying homes that may qualify for a free roof inspection, educating homeowners, and scheduling appointments for the in-home inspection team. Inspectors perform basic visual checks from the ground; they do not sell or climb roofs. The role includes paid training and opportunities for advancement based on performance.

Compensation includes hourly pay, commission, and performance bonuses, with weekly pay. The posting states that many first-year team members earn $40,000–$70,000 or more, while weekly earnings are listed as $770–$1,350; earnings vary based on performance and consistency. This on-site role requires availability Monday through Saturday between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m., and the ability to work 40 hours within that schedule. No overnight travel is required. Team transportation is provided from the office, though employees need reliable transportation to and from the office.

Responsibilities
