About The Position

Southern National Roofing is hiring a full-time W-2 Field Inspector for a face-to-face, field-based role in residential neighborhoods. The Field Inspector identifies homes that may qualify for a free roof inspection, conducts basic visual inspections from the ground, explains the service to homeowners, and schedules appointments for the in-home inspection team. This role does not involve selling or climbing roofs. Paid training is provided, and the company describes opportunities for advancement based on performance.

The position is on-site and involves walking assigned neighborhoods and working outdoors. The schedule requires availability Monday through Saturday between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m., with the ability to work 40 hours within that period. No overnight travel is required, and team transportation is provided from the office. Compensation includes hourly pay, commission, and performance bonuses, with weekly pay. The posting says many first-year team members earn $40,000–$70,000 or more, depending on performance and consistency.
