About The Position

Southern National Roofing is hiring a full-time, W-2 Field Inspector / Appointment Setter for a door-to-door, field-based role in residential neighborhoods. The position involves identifying homes that may qualify for a free roof inspection, speaking with homeowners, conducting basic visual inspections from the ground, explaining the service, and scheduling appointments for the in-home inspection team. The role does not involve selling or climbing roofs. Paid training is provided, and the company describes opportunities for advancement based on performance.

This is an on-site position with Monday–Saturday availability between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. Employees must be able to work 40 hours within that schedule. No overnight travel is required, and team transportation is provided from the office. Compensation includes hourly pay, commission, and performance bonuses, with weekly pay.
