About The Position

Southern National Roofing is hiring a full-time W-2 Field Inspector for a face-to-face, field-based role in residential neighborhoods. The position involves identifying homes that may qualify for a free roof inspection, speaking with homeowners, conducting basic ground-level visual inspections, explaining the service, and scheduling appointments for the in-home inspection team. The role does not involve selling or climbing roofs. Paid training is provided, and the company describes opportunities for advancement based on performance.

Compensation includes hourly pay, commission, and performance bonuses, with weekly pay. The posting gives an estimated weekly earnings range of $770–$1,350 and says many first-year team members earn $40,000–$70,000 or more, depending on performance and consistency. The position is on-site, with availability required Monday through Saturday between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. No overnight travel is required, and team transportation is provided from the office.

Responsibilities

• Walk assigned residential neighborhoods.
