About The Position

Southern National Roofing is hiring a full-time, W-2 Field Inspector for a face-to-face, field-based role in residential neighborhoods. The role involves identifying homes that may qualify for a free roof inspection, performing basic visual inspections from the ground, educating homeowners about the service, and scheduling appointments for the in-home inspection team. The position does not involve selling or climbing roofs. Paid training is provided, and the role offers hourly pay plus commission and performance bonuses, with weekly pay. Many first-year team members earn $40,000–$70,000 or more, depending on performance and consistency. The company describes opportunities for advancement based on performance.

The role is on-site and outdoors, with Monday–Saturday availability between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. Employees must be able to work 40 hours within that schedule. No overnight travel is required, and team transportation is provided from the office. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required to get to and from the office.

Responsibilities
