About The Position

This role is responsible for coordinating field information, requiring proficiency in data management, organization, and communication. The coordinator will handle large amounts of data, ensure accuracy, and utilize various software systems. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft, Excel, Google Drive, data entry and data systems skills.
  • Ability to organize and manage large amounts of data accurately and effectively.
  • Attention to detail and tracking skills.
  • Ability to competently navigate and utilize current and relevant software (e.g. spreadsheets and data bases).
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally in written and oral communication.

  • Proficiency to utilize and navigate with these admin skills and systems: Word, Excel, Publisher, Google (e-mail, Google docs Google forms, calendar) Collage, PowerPoint, PDF , Banner, Kateway, D2L, Registrar, Online meeting systems (Zoom & Google).
