About The Position

The Field Human Resources Business Partner serves as a key partner to plant leadership, translating business priorities into practical people strategies that strengthen workforce performance, leadership effectiveness, and employee engagement. Supporting a three-shift manufacturing operation, this role leads day-to-day employee and labor relations, coaches leaders, and proactively addresses workforce challenges. Reporting to the HR Director, the HRBP partners with HR centers of excellence to deliver consistent, effective people practices that support operational goals and a positive employee experience.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a significant portion in employee and labor relations.
Experience supporting manufacturing operations, preferably in a multi-shift environment.
Proven ability to coach and influence leaders at all levels.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and labor relations principles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective people strategies aligned with business objectives.

Nice To Haves

Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
PHR or SPHR certification.
Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics.
Bilingual in Spanish and English.
