About The Position

The Field Human Resources Business Partner serves as a key partner to plant leadership, translating business priorities into practical people strategies that strengthen workforce performance, leadership effectiveness, and employee engagement. Supporting a three-shift manufacturing operation, this role leads day-to-day employee and labor relations, coaches leaders, and proactively addresses workforce challenges. Reporting to the HR Director, the HRBP partners with HR centers of excellence to deliver consistent, effective people practices that support operational goals and a positive employee experience.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
Proven experience in employee and labor relations.
Strong coaching and influencing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to translate business priorities into HR strategies.
Experience supporting multi-shift operations.

Nice To Haves

Master's degree in Human Resources or MBA.
PHR or SPHR certification.
Experience with HRIS systems.
Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
