We are looking for a skilled Field Heavy Equipment Technician to support Caterpillar equipment in the Oxnard area. Quinn Company is hiring an experienced Advanced Field Heavy Equipment Technician to service and repair Caterpillar equipment in the Oxnard area. This role involves diagnosing and repairing Caterpillar and related heavy equipment, performing advanced mechanical and hydraulic repairs, and using diagnostic tools to troubleshoot equipment issues. The technician will work in the field at customer locations, communicate professionally with customers and team members, and support and mentor other technicians when needed, while following all safety procedures.
Requirements
- Experience as a heavy equipment technician (Cat or similar)
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to travel and work overtime as needed
- One-year certificate or Associates degree from a community college or technical school
- Minimum five plus year's of Cat dealer experience
- Ten year's heavy equipment industry experience or equivalent education and experience
Responsibilities
