About The Position

The Field Equipment Installer installs car wash equipment and brings it into operation, working with a team and traveling to locations across the country to complete installations. Complex electrical and plumbing work is handled by general contractors. The role requires willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

The position operates on construction sites for about 90% of each project and involves travel to wash locations for up to 40 weeks per year. Work hours are generally 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., but fluctuate. The role uses standard construction equipment and involves physically demanding tasks, including moving equipment weighing up to 100 pounds.

Requirements

• Prior experience in assembly or construction and mechanical aptitude.
• Willingness to travel 40 weeks per year and work in multi-state locations.
• Ability to work in all states.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods.
• Ability to work as a team player and follow instructions accurately.
• Experience in general construction, manufacturing, or a similar field.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Technical savvy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities
