About The Position

Reimagine Resources is seeking a reliable, skilled fitness equipment installer and service professional to work independently in a structured, professional environment. The company provides fitness facility consultation, gym design, installation, repair, maintenance, asset management, and related support to commercial spaces across the United States. This hands-on technical role involves repairing, troubleshooting, moving, assembling, and installing fitness equipment. The technician ensures equipment is safe, clean, and fully functional, manages service calls and diagnostics independently, provides professional customer service at commercial and residential job sites, and accurately tracks and reports work and equipment-related needs. The position offers a flexible, field-based schedule and potential career growth, increased pay, leadership or instructor opportunities, and commission opportunities after proven performance. The role requires at least 20 hours per week and availability for at least one full weekday during business hours. Work is primarily Monday through Friday, with some Saturday work and occasional full days out of town (approximately 5%–20%). The position is on the road. All hires start as contractors for the first three months and first 200 hours before being considered for employment. Starting pay is $20 per hour, with a stated compensation range of $20–$30 per hour. Mileage reimbursement, paid training after orientation, and team events may be available depending on role structure and employment status.

Requirements

At least 2 years of installation, repair, maintenance, or fitness equipment service experience is preferred.
Ability to work independently when starting, with limited supervision.
Reliable transportation; a truck, SUV, or van is preferred.
High school diploma or GED.
Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
Ability to lift 150 pounds and safely move heavy equipment using proper technique and support when needed.
Must pass a background check and drug test; CBD and marijuana are prohibited.
Must be available for at least 20 hours per week and at least one full weekday during business hours.
Physically capable of lifting, moving, and assembling commercial fitness equipment safely.
Must be comfortable working in a smoke- and vape-free workplace.
