About The Position

The Field Engineer will handle all technical inquiries from field personnel, Sales, CMG, and IMG. This role involves investigating field issues to ensure the cause is understood and the repair method is sound. The Field Engineer will manage the QA-22 system for the region, analyzing data for trends and implementing necessary changes or additional training. Responsibilities include coordinating sample taking and lab testing, providing onsite training on new products and techniques, and reviewing quotes/orders to ensure accuracy. A key aspect of this role is working with new and existing field personnel to ensure technical competence in site evaluation, quoting, detail handling, jobsite roles, and quality audits. The position also involves conducting quarterly technical updates with regional field personnel.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Engineering
Ability to proactively identify opportunities and quickly implement solutions.
Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills.
Must be very flexible and able to work in a self-directed, rapidly changing environment.
Must be computer literate with experience using technology and customer relationship management software (Salesforce.com), and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

Manage QA-22 system for the region, determining issue and cause.
Analyze QA-22 data for trends and implement necessary changes or additional training.
Coordinate sample taking and lab testing.
Provide onsite training on new products, new techniques, etc. for all field personnel.
Responsible for quote/order review to ensure proper products, coverage, labor, and details are accounted for.
Work with new TM’s and all field personnel to ensure they become technically competent.
Conduct quarterly technical updates with regional field personnel.
