Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency (GED) required
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in one of the following areas: Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mining & Materials Engineering, Business Management, or another engineering related degree
• Must be a team player and possess a collaborative attitude
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to change

• Support a crew, project or plant team in the planning, scheduling and execution of a heavy civil construction project.

• Preparing work plans
