About The Position

As a Field Engineer III, you'll be the bridge between engineering, construction, and our clients. You'll spend your time where the work is happening, solving real-world technical challenges, building trusted relationships, and helping deliver complex industrial projects from the ground up. If you enjoy seeing your work make an immediate impact and want to be a key technical leader onsite, this is the role for you. This position offers the opportunity to make a visible impact from day one. Rather than working behind the scenes, you'll be onsite helping guide construction, partnering directly with clients, and influencing the success of large-scale industrial projects from kickoff through completion. You'll collaborate with experienced engineers, project managers, designers, construction professionals, and clients while expanding your technical expertise and leadership skills. Every project presents new challenges, new opportunities to learn, and the chance to see your work come to life in the field.
