About The Position
Skanska is seeking a Field Engineer I to begin a career with a company focused on building for society and valuing its team. The position involves work across construction disciplines, including Safety, Estimating, Project Management, and Operations. The Field Engineer is given responsibility and decision-making authority and is expected to actively and independently manage employees who perform manual labor; the Field Engineer does not perform manual labor in this role. The role requires broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education. A bachelor’s degree in Construction or Engineering is preferred, though equivalent experience may be considered.
