About The Position

This is a field-based, customer-facing role that primarily installs, services, maintains, and modifies Siemens’ imaging equipment at customer sites. The role is responsible for delivering both timely and effective repairs, as well as adequate training of operators to ensure optimal system performance, resulting in superior customer satisfaction. The position also involves managing financial performance within their territory, meeting or exceeding budget for revenue generation, expense control, and inventory management. Additionally, the role requires managing company assets such as a company car, cell phone, computer, tools, and inventory parts, and establishing and maintaining proper business relationships with customers and peers, while performing necessary administrative duties accurately.

Requirements

Minimum high school diploma, Technical Degree or equivalent experience.
1-2+ Years of field service experience is desired.
Proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment.
Ability to work both individually and in an established team setting.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to travel and provide service in assigned geography.
Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation after training and certification.
Valid driver's license, ability to drive independently day and night, and good driving record required.
Must hold a valid driver’s license in the state they reside and may not have any prior DUI/DWI convictions or pending DUI/DWI charges or other serious moving violations (unless such a restriction is prohibited by state/local law).
Must have full access to Siemens Healthineers' client sites to perform the essential functions of this position.
Must meet all Vendor Credentialing requirements necessary to have full client access and must continue to meet those requirements during the course of employment.
Ability to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge and experience performing service, preventative maintenance, and modifications on Medical Imaging Equipment at customer sites with minimal supervision.
Ability and experience to establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers, as well as performing necessary administrative duties accurately.
Experience in testing, repairing, and maintaining capital medical equipment.

Responsibilities

Servicing CT/MR Imaging Equipment in the Madison, WI area.
Installing, servicing, maintaining, and modifying Siemens’ imaging equipment at customer sites.
Delivering timely and effective repairs.
Providing adequate training of operators to ensure optimal system performance.
Managing financial performance within their territory, meeting or exceeding budget for revenue generation, expense control, and inventory management.
