About The Position

This is a 4-month contract opportunity for candidates who are immediately available. This is a traveling field technician role where candidates must be comfortable traveling site to site, with mileage reimbursement included. A major client of TEKsystems is looking to hire 4 Lead Desktop Technicians to lead an Imaging and Hardware rollout. The technicians will be responsible for MDT/MECM imaging, leading hardware deployment and asset management (staging, labeling, swapping, documenting), ServiceNow proficiency for logging tickets, and the ability to work independently under pressure in high-stakes, fast-moving environments. These techs will be dispatched from a Command and Control Center and need to troubleshoot, swap, and resolve with minimal hand-holding.

Requirements

MDT/MECM imaging experience or similar tool
Lead experience in hardware deployment and asset management

Responsibilities
