About The Position

This is a contract position based out of Yuma, AZ, involving a large-scale device refresh project. The engagement is expected to last 16 weeks with a possibility of long-term extension. The team will consist of a Lead Deployment Technician and 2-4 Deployment Technicians. The role requires direct interaction with end-users to ensure smooth file transfers and printer connections. The team will perform "search and destroy" hot swaps, ensuring proper connections, transferring user files, and connecting to printers. Working in a hospital environment is a significant advantage. Candidates must demonstrate professional standards and reside in Yuma, with reliable transportation, as a 2-hour round trip commute is expected.

Responsibilities

Perform "search and destroy" tasks, which include locating high-touch workstations
Execute hot swaps of equipment, ensuring proper connections and functionality.
Work directly with end-users to transfer files and ensure proper printer connections.
Deploy thin clients, monitors, and laptops.
Adhere to project schedules and follow instructions from the Lead Deployment Technician.
