We're hiring a US-based Field Deployment Manager to own the rollout of Teton's hardware into senior care and healthcare facilities across the country. Once a customer signs, you're the person who makes sure devices get installed, networked, and online—as fast and as smoothly as possible. Our setup is a compute box with multiple sensors cabled to it, deployed on customer networks inside customer buildings, alongside customer IT teams and third-party installers. Bringing it live means planning the rollout, coordinating everyone on site, and knowing enough about cabling, networking, and our system to keep things moving when something breaks. You'll sit between our hardware and engineering teams and the customer experience side, owning the handoff from signed deal to fully operational deployment. After go-live, you'll keep an eye on device health, investigate uptime issues, and ensure clean handoff to the customer's ongoing IT support. Expect significant travel.
