About The Position

The Field Delivery Location Manager oversees final-mile delivery and installation teams at warehouses in a designated region. The role also manages day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatching, and leads Best Buy employees and third-party partners to support a high-quality customer and employee experience. The manager sets expectations, develops team culture, monitors performance and business trends, plans labor and capacity, coaches employees, and resolves customer service escalations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a supervisor or manager.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, installation, logistics, operations, warehouse, inventory, or customer service.
• Ability to occasionally travel overnight as needed.
• Current, valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have and maintain a driving record that meets Best Buy safety standards.
• Acquire and maintain any required state or local licenses within 90 days of hire.

Nice To Haves

• Consumer electronics delivery, repair, or installation experience.
• Experience in delivery, transportation, distribution, or logistics.

• Oversee final-mile delivery and installation teams, along with warehouse receiving, storage, and dispatching.
