About The Position

The Field Coordinator supports home care services by conducting client home visits and performing administrative and clerical duties for the branch. The role involves regular travel, including in inclement weather, and requires access to an insured, reliable vehicle with current auto insurance. The position pays $18.75 per hour, with weekly pay.

Requirements

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• HOST trained.
• High school diploma or GED.
• One to two years of customer service experience.
• Access to an insured and reliable vehicle.
• Active and current auto insurance.
• Ability to move or traverse through offices and client homes, including ascending and descending stairs.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with others to exchange information.
• Ability to travel regularly on a daily or weekly basis, including in inclement weather.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily visits to clients' homes, as required.
• Answer incoming phone calls and redirect calls as needed.
• Greet and assist guests as needed.
• Enter and submit documentation records of home visits.
• Assist the Branch Manager with other administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
