About The Position

RNR Tire Express is seeking a full-time Field Collector with excellent customer service skills to join their team. The role involves maintaining customer relationships, primarily through phone and computer work, focusing on renewing customer agreements and collecting payments. Field Collectors will also be responsible for picking up products and performing door hanger tasks in the field. The position requires patience, tact, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, people-driven environment.

Requirements

• Experience as sales agent, rental agent, account executive, account manager, account collection, or rent-to-own
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving history
• Can pass a drug screen and background check
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Professional communication skills in English
• Strong computer and phone skills
• Ability to pass a Background Check Prior to hire

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer relationships
• Make phone calls to customers regarding expired agreements
• Make phone calls to references on expired accounts
• Assist in resolving issues to facilitate renewal and prompt payment
• Schedule voluntary turn-ins of merchandise
• Go out into the field to pick up product
• Perform door hanger tasks
