The Collections Legal Specialist supports the day-to-day execution and optimization of consumer collections inbound and outbound calls placed in our Call Center, along with managing assigned settlement negotiations and processing. This role partners closely with the Collections Ops Specialist to ensure campaigns are properly prepared, calls are made/answered timely and effectively, all settlement processing is accurately reported in account files, and client requirements are consistently met.
