Under general supervision, the Legal Collections Technician performs collection functions for smaller size accounts, specifically those with premiums less than $5,000.00 that have been referred to legal collections. This role primarily handles nationwide commercial insurance premium exposures and dispute situations where policies have been cancelled due to nonpayment.
