About The Position
RNR Tire Express is seeking a full-time Field Collector with excellent customer service skills. This role involves managing customer relationships, primarily through phone and computer, to facilitate the renewal of customer agreements and ensure prompt payment. The position also includes field responsibilities such as picking up product and delivering door hangers. The ideal candidate is positive, a strong communicator, passionate about customer service, patient, and an effective multitasker, thriving in a fast-paced, people-driven environment.
Requirements
- Experience as sales agent, rental agent, account executive, account manager, account collection, or rent-to-own
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Professional communication skills in English
- Strong computer and phone skills

Responsibilities
- Maintain customer relationships.
- Review applications to recognize and create opportunities to renew customer agreements.
- Make phone calls to customers regarding expired agreements and to references on expired accounts.
- Assist in resolving issues to facilitate renewal and prompt payment.
- Schedule voluntary turn-ins of merchandise.
- Go out into the field to pick up product and do door hangers.
- Handle challenging opportunities quickly while providing top-notch customer service.
