About The Position

Inspire Medical Systems is seeking a Field Clinical Representative to provide technical and clinical expertise, education, and field support that enable the safe adoption of Inspire therapy and products. The representative works with customers, physicians, clinic staff, and Inspire field staff to support procedural and practice success. The ideal candidate lives in the South Houston area, including Webster, League City, Pearland, or Galveston.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of related clinical, healthcare, or medical device industry experience; or a bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of applicable Inspire experience; or an associate degree or professional certification and at least 5 years of related clinical, healthcare, or medical device industry experience.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in a clinical setting.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to travel within the territory, including overnight travel as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Degree in nursing, engineering, science, or a technical discipline.
• Previous operating room (surgical) coverage with implantable devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support during implant procedures and device activation.
• Maintain credentials required to access assigned hospitals and clinics.
• Provide technical leadership and education to clinical staff at accounts in the assigned region.
• Conduct post-training follow-up, including procedural reviews, in-services, and support.
• Assist customers with device troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with sales personnel on appropriate training and support for targeted customers.
• Proactively share peer-reviewed scientific and clinical information with customers and the assigned sales team as needed.
• Provide technical expertise for regional education and training activities.
• Stay current on relevant scientific publications and clinical evidence.
