Are you committed to making a difference in the lives of vulnerable adults? Join the Home and Community Living Administration (HCLA) as Field Administrator for Adult Protective Services (APS). As an Adult Protective Services Field Administrator, you will be responsible for planning, leading, developing, coordinating, and implementing all Adult Protective Services policies and procedures within the six counties of Region 2. You will help address the supervision, training, and quality assurance needs within the region. This role requires exceptional amounts of development time to ensure the region is complying with department expectations, quality assurance and policies related to the ongoing management of APS. You'll also be responsible for providing policy interpretation, clarifications, consultation, and training. As a member of the statewide APS Management Team, you will have significant input and responsibility for long-range program planning and goal setting. You will be the liaison for the Region 2 networks with law enforcement, mental health, and works with the Tribes in the following counties (King, Snohomish, Whatcom, Skagit, San Juan, and Island) and other community organizations to build good working relationships and resolve any issues that may arise.
