The role acts as the operational bridge between Head Office strategy and in-market execution, with a strong focus on execution quality, retail compliance, field coaching, operational consistency, and continuous performance improvement. The position requires a highly hands-on field leader capable of traveling across multiple states to audit retail execution, coach agency teams and ambassadors, resolve operational issues in real time, and ensure activation standards are consistently delivered inside retail stores.
