About The Position

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle B2B sales or account management experience, with a significant portion in field sales.
  • Proven history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and performance objectives.
  • Proficient negotiation skills with a focus on providing solutions.
  • In-depth understanding of the regional fitness and wellness market, including established professional connections.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage in both cold outreach and relationship-building across various communication channels.
  • Experience identifying and attending networking events to enhance brand presence.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce, Salesloft, and Microsoft tools for pipeline management and partner success tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand a portfolio of premier fitness and wellness partners through strategic upselling and retention strategies.
  • Dedicate at least 70% of your work time to field activities, including regular travel to other markets within your region.
  • Conduct frequent in-person visits, drop-ins, and meetings to strengthen partner relationships and drive business outcomes.
  • Utilize a combination of field and inside sales techniques, including phone, email, and social media, to maintain partner engagement.
  • Identify and address partner challenges by proposing ClassPass solutions that create mutual value.
  • Establish a strong local presence within the fitness and wellness community, becoming a recognized expert on industry trends.
  • Achieve and surpass monthly upsell and engagement targets through creative thinking and prompt action.
  • Delegate transactional support tasks to relevant teams while ensuring partners feel prioritized and well-supported.
