About The Position

The Field Access Specialist (FAS) supports timely and successful patient access to prescribed UCB medications by educating healthcare providers on navigating payer barriers. The FAS works across sites of care, including private and group practices, Academic Medical Centers, Integrated Delivery Networks, Integrated Health Systems, associated Specialty Pharmacies, and other sites within the assigned Houston territory. It monitors dashboards and works with internal and external partners to address escalated cases where patient access is at risk. The FAS coordinates with HUB case managers and Specialty Pharmacy partners, monitors case milestones and transitions, and collaborates with commercial and field teams.
