About The Position

The Field Access Manager (FAM) is the primary contact for designated healthcare accounts, providing account-management support to healthcare professionals and their staff on behalf of patients prescribed the product for approved indications. The FAM educates accounts about the Patient Services program, regional payer landscape, and pharmacy-channel access, and coordinates patient access pull-through across channels such as the HUB and specialty pharmacies when appropriate HIPAA consent has been secured. The role serves as the primary representative of Patient Services platforms in designated healthcare professional offices and partners with internal and external stakeholders to optimize patient access to the product. The FAM also develops strategic business plans for top accounts, maintains knowledge of national, regional, and local payer and pharmacy dynamics, and shares field insights to improve access and patient-support programs.
