About The Position

The Field Access Manager (FAM) serves as the main point of contact at designated healthcare accounts, providing account-management support to healthcare professionals and their staff on behalf of patients prescribed the product for approved indications. The FAM educates accounts about the Patient Services program, regional payer landscape, and pharmacy-channel access, and coordinates patient access and pull-through efforts across channels such as the HUB and specialty pharmacy when proper HIPAA consent has been secured. The FAM is the primary representative of Patient Services platforms within designated HCP offices and partners with internal and external stakeholders to optimize patient access to the product. The role focuses on educating HCP office staff on access and payer approval processes, supporting prior authorizations and appeals, addressing access barriers, coordinating pharmacy reauthorizations, and implementing market-access initiatives. The FAM develops account strategies, maintains expertise in payer and specialty-pharmacy policies, and shares field insights to support patient and payer programs. The position also requires collaboration across functions and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
