About The Position

The Field Access Manager (FAM) is the primary point of contact at designated healthcare accounts, providing account-management support to healthcare professionals and their staff on behalf of patients prescribed the product for approved indications. The FAM educates accounts about the Patient Services program, the regional payer landscape, and pharmacy-channel access, and coordinates patient access pull-through across channels such as the HUB and specialty pharmacies when the patient has provided appropriate HIPAA consent.
