Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience, preferred
  • Some manufacturing experience, preferred
  • Must be able to successfully complete the background check and pre-employment drug testing
  • Safety conscious
  • Able to read a metric ruler and other measuring devices
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Based on the safety requirements for the position, operator must be able to safely maneuver in all functions of the position without assistance (unless approved by ADAA).
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn specialized applications
  • Motivated team player
  • Self-managed work style, with attention to details and understanding of manufacturing principles

Responsibilities

  • Ability to safely work around hot glass, sharp glass, and equipment
  • Ability to safely follow all work instructions to meet all required production and quality standards of work.
  • Ability to stoop, bend at the waist, stand, and sit as needed to reach product while working (up to 12 hours)
  • Ability to have full range of motion in shoulders, arms, hands, and fingers for manipulation of product and work equipment
  • Ability to safely life 50 lbs. on your own
  • Must be compliance to all safety, PPE, and regulatory requirements deemed necessary by position
  • Walk up and down stairs repeatedly
  • Stand on concrete for 12 hours or more
  • Able to work mandatory OT when required
  • Reliable attendance
