About The Position

At DCOMM, we build and maintain the broadband networks that keep people connected to work, school, gaming, streaming, and just about everything else in life. We are looking for individuals who would rather be outside than inside, enjoy working with their hands, and have a natural inclination to figure out how things work. No experience is necessary as we will provide paid training to teach the technical skills. The ideal candidate will bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. This role involves installing high-speed internet, tracking down and fixing service issues, and working with fiber optics, coax cable, ladders, tools, technology, and customers.

Requirements

• A valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to climb ladders (up to 28 feet).
• Comfortable working outside in the Texas weather.
• Able to lift, carry, and move equipment throughout the day.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Dependability.
• Ability to figure things out.
• Willingness to get dirty.
• Pride in doing things the right way.
