The FHA Audit Associate performs a complete and detailed review of all FHA documentation required to obtain Mortgage Insurance Certificate. Valid data is taken from a key group of documents and compared to the remainder of the file. Discrepancies detected are noted on a detailed Excel workbook for Cure Associate.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Attention to detail
- Self-motivated team player
- Basic computer skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and thorough high-level review of FHA loan documentation to detect deficiencies
- Document discrepancies in report to be sent to Cures Team
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to mortgage lending
- Other duties as assigned
